Summative Portfolio

The summative portfolio should contain:

• An introductory document
  • Where you work
  • What is your job
  • What systems do you work on
  • What skills do you need/have/developed
  • What have you learnt during the apprenticeship
  • What are you now responsible for
  • Who have you worked with and how have they helped you
• The files containing your evidence of competence (filenames should match the standards)
• A completed template 5 form (see the standard specific guidance for your apprenticeship ) signed by the apprentice, their line manager and the college
