====== Gateway (controlled by the BCS) ======

Once the Gateway Form has been copied into the Gateway Form folder the assessors carry out a sanity check on the folders:
  * Are all the required certificates in the correct folders
  * Are all the required signatures and signing dates present
  * Are the apprentice details correct (ULN, contacts etc)
  * Are the folders names correct 
  * Are the folder contents correct

Once the sanity check is complete the portfolio files are zipped and uploaded to ACE360. There are separate areas on ACE360 for uploading the employer reference, the knowledge module, maths and English certificates. 
 
The apprentice must keep all the files themselves, as this is what the BCS will be referring to during the interview. 

The BCS will review the submitted folder contents and issue the synoptic details no later than 5 days before the start date entered on the Gateway Form.
